For as much as I disliked even having to do this work, the entire team at Trenchless made me feel comfortable with my decision and made it a pleasant experience. They answered all my questions and listened to my concerns with patience. I do believe the work was extremely necessary and will be beneficial. With limited providers, I was relieved they were so great to work with and the disruption was minimal. I'd recommend to people if they have rusted vents, stop delaying because the rust and stress just grows and just choose Trenchless.

Just wrapped up pipe epoxy coating job in Hoffman Estates. Prepped pipes by sand-blasting to remove scale & corrosion. Applied 2 coats of industrial-grade epoxy (blue series 7000). Coating thickness measures 8-10 mils throughout - perfect! Pressure tested system @ 60 PSI for 1 hr - zero leaks. System restored to service after 24hr cure time. Customer very satisfied with work quality & minimal disruption. Left site clean & tidy.
Televised ducts under slab portion. Of house. Ducts are metal in an area that is an addition to the house. The rest are concrete. The metal ducts are very rusted and need to be replaced due to the configuration. After that the ducts should then be spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete with metal fittings and connects that are showing signs of rust and allowing dirt and debris into the system. Suggest spin cast mortaring metal fittings then spray lining ducts with Duct Armor duct lining material.
12-12-2024: reconnected duct pipes that were removed to fix plumbing and rebuilt wall of plenum box that was removed to fix plumbing, also cleaned all underground duct work in preparation for trenchless casting. 12-16-2024 Applied spin cast mortar to all underground duct work. 12-18-24 Applied first application of duct armor to all underground ductwork and furnace box. 12/30/24 Applied second application of duct armor to all underground ductwork and furnace box.

Televised and cleaned furnace box and register vent by back door in kitchen. Repaired furnace box and register vent by backdoor in kitchen with hydraulic cement. Applied duct armor to furnace box and register vent by back door.
Televised ducts to confirm footages for spin casting and lining.
Did a video inspection of the 2” kitchen sink drain line from under kitchen sink found hole at bottom of 2” drain near tee connection, bottom of pipe completely missing line was holding water but ran clear water to get good view of missing pipe. Too many connections and turns in 2” run to line needs to be broke up and replaced. 4” line appears to be in good condition. Recommended replacing all 2” pipe underground while hole is open and cabinets are removed to prevent having to remove and open floor again in future.

Televised ducts and see they are filled with water that has an odor. Ran watrer in the kitchen sink and see water movement in the ducts. Ran water in the tub and also see water movement in the ducts. Suggest a plumber repairs the kitchen sink and the tub line. Will provide a proposal for spin cast mortaring and spray lining the ducts after water issue is resolved.

Televised ducts under slab floor in basement addition room. Ducts are galvanized metal ducts and are extremely rusted and deteriorated. Suggest spin cast mortaring to restore the structure then spray lining with Duct Armor duct lining material.
